1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We take great care to ensure product quality. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to help you.

Eligibility for Returns
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice). Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.

Non-Returnable Items
Used or opened books, diaries, or stationery; personalized or custom-made items; digital downloads or eBooks; and items without original packaging or invoice are not eligible for return.

Return Process
Email pradipatva@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and reason for return. Our team will review your request and share return instructions. Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll confirm eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
If the same product is available, we will offer an exchange instead of a refund, based on your preference.

In case of exchanges, the product will be delivered to you within 7-10 business days
