1. SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Partners
We work with trusted national and international courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Within India: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, order value, and product weight.
  • Free shipping may be offered for specific promotions or order values.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delays
Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, customs clearance, etc.). We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We take great care to ensure product quality. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are hapy to help you.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice).
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened books, diaries, or stationery.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Digital downloads or eBooks.
  • Items without original packaging or invoice.

Return Process

  1. Email pradipatva@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and share return instructions.
  3. Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll confirm eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
If the same product is available, we will offer an exchange instead of a refund, based on your preference.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting pradipatva@gmail.com
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be made.

4. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives visibly damaged, please notify us immediately with photos so we can assist you in coordinating with the courier or issuing a replacement.
